Information used by TrussForge
TrussForge uses account information, session cookies, security events, and the business records and files authorized users enter to operate the application. Private records require sign-in and the applicable account permissions.
Support tickets
When you contact support, TrussForge stores the name, reply address, optional company and phone number, selected topic, subject, message, ticket status, and later replies needed to manage the request. Signed-in users can review tickets associated with their account. Signed-out requesters use an expiring, one-time email link to open tickets associated with the same address. Support notifications are sent only when the deployment administrator has connected an approved outbound email account.
Location searches
When Google discovery is enabled and you submit a crew search, the job ZIP code is sent to Google for location lookup. The resulting location and roofing search are sent to Google Maps Platform. A map request includes the ZIP center and candidate business locations. Your password and private project records are not included in these requests.
Google handles information under the Google Privacy Policy, incorporated here for the Google Maps features. Opening an external business link takes you to that provider’s site.
Storage, retention, and requests
Discovery results are held temporarily for the active search, which expires after 15 minutes, and are not automatically added to the crew network. Application records and uploaded files remain in private application storage and may be included in protected backups. Transient authentication and invitation records are subject to the deployment’s reviewed retention settings; business and audit records follow the organization’s applicable record-retention obligations. Contact the administrator who provided your access for account, privacy, access, correction, or deletion requests.
